logic of my if-else condition is'nt working when ticket equals 10 and children equals 5 this logic won't work

the small javascript code with simple logic isn't working.this is a small movie ticket booking system.it get's it input from form in html,i looked it upside down more than 10 times still couldn't find the problem, when the ticket value is 10 and children's value is 5,the logic fails.
