Running 2 exe file with sequentially and progress [closed]

I am having antivirus uninstaller batch file where it calls the uninstaller and after the process is complete (need an output with uninstall success) and it continue with 2nd exe. I have tried with few codes but it does not shows the status of 1st stage and 2nd stage. Appreciate if someone could help me.
