VBA If Yes -> Then copy and paste others cells

I see so many simulair questions.. But even after hours I don't find my solution.. Please help me out.

I have data on Sheets(Invulsheet) Range R5:Z52
When the value in column R is 'Yes" then I want to copy but only from column S to Z, on that row
I want to paste that data on the first empty row, column A in sheets(Database)
After that, I want to search for the next "Yes" in column R and do the same.

I have found 25 different codes and tried to adjust it, but I am doing someting wrong with all of them..
