How can I return false into blanks on a Vlookup then nested if's formula?

I recorded a macro for an x amount of rows. The issue is that I do not want blank cells to return as false.

This is the current formula that I have . What other function will be necessary to return false into blanks in the cell ?

If(C2="X",Vlookup(.............))

Also, I would like to add an additional criteria to the if formula. For instance, I want the VLOOKUP to pull if column C has "X" or "Y"
