IF Values in a List match for a condition input in result

I have two tabs;

Tab 1 = Results

• B = List of names
• D = Course taken
• E = Result

Tab 2 = Key Names

• K = list of names

I need Tab 2 column L to insert the Result (E) on the conditions;

1. That the names match (TAB 1, B, MATCH TAB 2, K)
2. They have taken X course (D)

So IF TAB 1, B MATCHES TAB 2, K, AND THEY HAVE TAKEN 'X' COURSE, INSERT RESULT, E.

Can someone please advise on code, thanks!
