The if statement to eliminate decimals from integers [closed]

I am learning c++ and I wrote a code to solve a mathematical problem but the problem is that there is a lot of possible answers for a variable and I want it to show me the ones that are integers and not decimal in the output. How can I do that?! Thank you so much!!
