if statements not working in order of operation python along with input

So I have my whole set up a for a systems operation and I can't get the dumbest bug fixed. my if statements won't work in the order of operation and when there actually supposed to work. Im using or statements so that way as long as one of the inputs the user gives is true to one part it takes them to where they need to go. but for some reason it won't work. Please send help.
