IF function, Index Function, Match Function

I want to be able to produce a specific result from a table. From my first column i have values which some of them are a match and some of them are not. Those values produce a result, Win or LOSE. I want to create a column where excel finds which values are a match from first column, then if both these values are a match and produce WIN my result should be win. If one of these identical values produces lose then my result is loss.
