very freshhBasic questions in C++, would appreciate it

I've just started to take computer engineering classes this semester, however, I have never face a challenging class like this one. I have a salary computation program assignment and I have spent the last 2 days searching looking everywhere with literally making no progress. This is what the the final output of program should look like.

(This program determines the weekly salary for an employee. The salary is the sum of the hourly rate times the hours worked, plus the bonus. For work hours exceeding 40 per week, an overtime rate of 1.5 is applied. The user must indicate if the worker has received a bonus by answering a y/n question. Input consists of: hours worked, hourly rate, bonus. The output is the total salary for this week.

Enter the number of hours worked this week: 45 Enter the salary rate per hour (do not include the '$' sign): 10 Did the worker get a bonus ? (y/n) y Enter bonus: 18 The total salary is $493.00 (overtime pay $75.00))

there are a few points that I'm really lost in and would appreciate the help.

and also I don't know what he meant by print the prompt this part is before the main function. I'm very new to this to the point where I don't how to ask correctly and I'm too confused. I'm a very hard-working student with a 3.6 GPA but never faced something like this. Would really appreciate it.

can some please explain to me what is how to call an exit with argument one or how to use the function argue that with Char*prompt inside the parentheses. I tried to write how is code like but couldn't for some Reason. Please help I'm lost!!!!
