Calculating Promo if qualified for a ticket

I am currently making a program about a grocery sales, I am having a problem for calculating for the promo qualification.

I have a promo for every 1000 bucks spent the customer will receive a raffle ticket. So if the customer spent a thousand he will get a ticket and if he spend 2000 he will get 2 tickets something like that.
