Use Index instead of OFFSET in Calc / spreadsheats. Return the range of a Defined Area by two numbers

1) Each entry produce two tables (Name/ price and Type / No of Items) 2) The Space between Number of Items and LAST DATA ROW of price is the only fixed point! 3) The item list can be smaller or larger 4) By using Small function i get the position of !! Price !!! AND !!! No of Items !!! 5) I would like to extract only Price Table!
