Google sheets multiple calculations based on text range

I'm trying to figure out how to best calculate a series of points from a range (based on F1 results).

I have a list of constructor cars from 1 to 22 (Team Column), and I need to work out various points based on the finish (Position column). The rules are: 2 cars finish top 10, then 35 points 2 cars finish, 1 in top 10, then 25 points 2 cars finish, both outside top 10, then 15 points 1 car finish inside top 10, then 10 points 1 car finish outside top 10, 5 points 2 cars did not finish, -30.

The points are not accumulative, so A car with 2 top 10 places doesn't receive points for 1 top 10 on top. 35 points only, not 60) Cars that did not finish are dictated by a W or R in the google sheet. What would be the best way to go about this? I started with a vlookup in the top 10 but started running into problems trying to make all the calculations.
