if-else structure using in two jbuttons with six different jframes and those two jbutton used in every jframe?

Here is the detail of my question, i'm facing such a problem in which i have six jframes and in every jfarme i have two jbuttons such that "YES" & "NO". I want to do such a thing that in my 2nd jfarme if i click "YES" button it first check that whether "YES" or "NO" is clicked in the first jframe, same with the "No" button in 2nd jframe that it first check that whether "YES" or "NO" is clicked in the first jframe. And this things goes for the rest of jfarmes.
