How do I detect if a picturebox is touching a picturebox with a certain color pixel in vb.net

I've looked everywhere and I can't find the answer! I am making a maze in vb.net forms aplication and I'll have to put a million picture boxes in and code them all! So is there a way? And if not, any other ways of doing it?
