Excel If and Statement issue

I have 6 columns which look like this:

Date OY1 OY2 OY3 OY4 OY5 Current

Inputs for each column are:

09/01/2016 YES YES yes NO NO

I am trying to calculate which Option year a contract is in based on the original start date compared to todays date. If a contracted has three option years, and was initiated in 2016, we would currently be in option year 2. However, if the contract was started in 2015, we would be in option year 3.

If there are no option years then the value should be 0.
