Extract certain strings that contains

It was my first try on Powrrshell. I'm really sorry for dumb mistakes and thankful for your help

I want to get the strings .... that contains the "java" ones, so number 12 and 43.

My idea was to split the text from to and the next one to and the next one....

And then look which one contains , copy them from to and export them all into a new text file.

Of course that failed.

Do you have a better solution
