Non printing of text in while-loop [closed]

As a beginning programmer, I'm trying to write an easy game that we call "Leaf, stone or scissors?" in Dutch. In my while-loop appear two problems: the print-instructions underneath the if-elif-elif are not printed out and the score of the player and the computer is not incremented. I don't see what's going wrong here. Can anyone help me?
