Excel formula Help (if and And - 4 conditions +conditional Format)

I am looking for some help. I need to create a formule to apply across a larger data set - this is an example:

Name    Date    Score   ID
James   23/06/2021  78  XCFGTY
Roni    23/04/2044  99  DSERTY
Carl    01/08/2019  54  HGYISD
James   29/07/2021  86  HGKIYG
James   03/05/2021  65  XCFGTY

I want a formula which will identify lineitems : Where the Name is the same and the date is within 10 months and the score is higher and the ID is different. Any help much appreciated ? I would then like to conditionally format - but that part I can do. Struggling to build that IF,And formula.
