Playing with list

I have a list=['color','red','storage','8gb','brand','samsung']

I want to perform following operation:

if( color==red and storage==8gb and brand==Samsung):

   #do something

How can I achieve that? I'm taking input from user, therefore I don't know the length of the list as of how many such pairs will occur. Thanks!
