Replacing Python's Boolean logic (locally) with the classical '&&'

Is it possible to replace python's 'and' operator with '&&' via a lib. or anything else?

Using 'and' in the middle of the if-condition seems confusing and only limits readability.

Python starts to look more like a tech. version of the english language than acutal coding with and's & or's etc..

So is there any way to replace it locally since I won't distrubute or share the programms code.
